320 Pepper New Home
This project involved demolition of an existing home wherein we were able to reclaim 80% of the materials. Our clients wanted a traditional exterior look (fitting in with the neighborhood) with a modern, minimalist interior suitable for entertaining and serving as a guest cottage. The property adjoins their main house. With the help of local artisans, we were able to provide the clients with unique finishes and very practical living room, including a spacious kitchen, game room in the basement, entertainment area on the porch and a creek setting garden for a cool evening relaxation.
