310 Pepper Remodel
This project was a complete interior/exterior remodel with an addition in the back, pool remodel with an added spa, exterior hardscape and pool house. Our goal was to keep the original 20’s look and we took great pains to accomplish this. Among some of the finer features were using original lighting fixtures which were refurbished by a local artisan who specializes in antiques and lighting fixtures, custom fabricated windows and doors throughout with single pane glass to keep the original margins, keeping high ceilings and retro tiles. The partial basement which we built includes a wine cellar and storage. Along with the house, we built a new garage to match all the aesthetics of the main house.
